At SajadArt.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital artworks. Because all of our products are intangible digital goods, we have a strict but fair refund policy to protect both the buyer and the creator.

🎨 Digital Products – No Returns

All items sold on SajadArt.com are digital downloads, delivered electronically. As such:

  • We do not accept returns for digital products once they are downloaded or accessed.

  • No physical product will be shipped or returned.

💳 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate Purchase
    If you accidentally purchase the same artwork more than once, please contact us with proof, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate.

  2. Corrupted or Inaccessible File
    If a file is damaged or cannot be accessed after purchase, we will attempt to resolve the issue or provide an alternate download. If we’re unable to fix it, you will receive a refund.

  3. Incorrect Product Sent (in rare cases)
    If you receive a different digital file than the one you ordered, we will correct it immediately or issue a refund.

❌ Situations Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You misunderstood the product description

  • You don’t have compatible software/hardware to open the files

  • You expected a physical product

🕐 Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the request

  • Screenshot or details of the issue (if applicable)
